In case anyone was curious, this dude put on a fantastic show. The music was superb as was his attitude. He said it was their first time in SF (not sure if he meant gigging or just being there) and he seemed genuinely stoked to be there.

I use the garlic chilli sauce almost as much as siracha. One time the pantry was virtually empty so ended up searing a pork shoulder, rubbing it with the garlic chilli stuff and salt, and then braising in mai tai mixer. It turned out great.

I can dig it but not all ladies can pull this off. There was a chick in high school that was always doing spiraly ish like this and it was hot on her. I think she evntually got it tatted on permanently.

I've had good luck with this for sleep. (whole foods has it). Also not eating after 7pm or so has helped.
