Solid finds! How did you get all these back home?

Anybody ever had Casu marzu (maggot cheese)? I often asked myself if could try it. This could become definitely a test of stamina. So far I haven't seen it offered but if I get to Sardinia one day ... I would pick out the larvae before trying.…

Oh cheese! Can't live without it. Right now I'm a little short on money that's why I only have this one in the fridge: Half goat, half sheep. Incredibly good with a little Dijon-Mustard and honey. I like them to be strong in taste and stinky…

i like this oc remix he did. With O.C. on top this works much better for me. Still nothing to write home about but much better than the two instrumentals posted before.

You've been here since 2003 and don't know what he's talking about??? I was on for 5 years. So, not exactly.

Even the low poast count beat dudes aren't chiming in for this guy. Says a lot methinks. Please explain. Is music knowledge and taste increasing proportionally with the number of posts?

Ha, people said the same things about PUTS and Ugly Duckling before Thes and Young Einstein started to post here. If damu was a strutter it would be all I wasn't involved in these older discussions. PUTS and UD may be retro but they have at le…

Boring. The Drums are just running through in endless, lifeless sameness. First one sounds like LOTUG and O.C. "Word...Life" thrown together with worse drumsounds and some uninspired filter noodling. Remakes are fine if they at least add something…

Yep, it was on "Broasted or Fried" and on another slightly crappy Latinsoul comp called "Latino Cool". I would be trippin if I found the OG for cheap but I'm happy enough having it on the compilation. Dancing people don't care if you're playing it f…

I just did that with my scan program and it worked fine. But make sure there isn't an un-installer on your installation CD or in the installer dmg. If there's an Un-installer be sure to use it. I once un-installed my Adobe Creative Suite by dropping…

I like Rachmoninoff and Chopin and Liszt the best. Liszt is a big name here in Weimar. He lived and worked here for a long time. Also the music college (where I took 2 semesters of electro-acoustical music) is named after him.

hey, is that Moeder Soul? No, it's just disgusting.

Last year I tried a smoked piece of Halibut. It was delicious.

This album is my favorite Quik production. Long time since I pulled this out.

OK, these guys weren't exactly from my hometown but they lived here for some time and started their career in an long gone institution called "Star-Club".
-
The title track from this album "Happy Just To Be Like I Am". Many songs from this album have the most positive vibe to them that I can think of.
-
You can't go wrong with Mancini and Michel Legrand. "The Happy Ending" OST has a lot of that sentimental-dramatic stringstuff. The Pink Panther OST has some of that too.
-
Too nice and too catchy in my ears.

7 minutes(!!!) without significant changes to the beat, no real build-up. Pretty boring IMO. I mean the beat is OK but only as a starting point for doing a little more to it.

If you mixed in "Set Adrift On Memory Bliss", then it would have been "okay, that's good music" Oh thanks, you had to mention this, do you? I had completely erased this one from my memory. Now it's all back.

I was guessing hard all night long who might be the two strutters. My girlfriend proposed to hold up a big cardboard on the dancefloor. Perhaps we'll have another chance another night. Cadeaux, which are you main weekend hangout spots in Munich? I'…

That was fun. great music, great fun, great headache this morning. Quantics selection of Vallenato-Raer was Hell of a DJ-Set.

I'll be there. Without 250 km and booze. I'm wearing a red carnation and the latest issue of waxpoetics under my arm. I??ll be on the lookout. wich arm? The one not holding my stack of weekend finds and raers for club-swapping. I propose we meet i…
