I'm feeling the first track!

Anyone heard this? I understand it's finnish funk phantom Didiers solo project, and it's one of the better downtempo/whatchamacallit albums I've heard in a long time (though it's certainly fair to label me disconnected from the scene). Something …

The crowd shots are to remind you that Texas artists don't have to leave their state to be given the superstar treatment. The plaque shots are to remind you that despite so many fairweather fans jumping off of the Texas rap bandwagon about as fast …

but his CD was WACK. I've actually grown to love that certain people continue to maintain such a sentiment. Oh, sorry. It was AWESOME. Millions of Garth Brooks fans can't be wrong?

Judging from the masses of people it looks like Chamillionaire might put up a good show...but his CD was WACK.

black thought? sorry. he talked to me, (for what seemed like forever) as to why he couldnt sign my record, or give any autographs. he could have signed 30 copies in the same time that it took to give his 'explanation' i was bummed at the time, cause…

Don't know if it's super heat, but that Milt Matthews LP is pretty cool.
-
really? good looking then. ill just stick to ebay and popsike for now. Any other way to find out prices? The thing about Popsike is they only list LP's that have sold for over $30. So if you see something on there that has sold for $50, it may we…

His forthcoming LP is produced by Didier (of Timmion fame), and it's by far the best stuff he's done in years. A couple of killers in there. I need this when it drops.... Three snippets can be heard here (click on Jimi Tenor meets Kabu Kabu).

I used to love dropping his version of Caravan into sets. If you bring it in at the right time it sounds rediculous. Haven't really listened to him in many years. His forthcoming LP is produced by Didier (of Timmion fame), and it's by far the best…

A clean double of

IMO the best Polish stuff are the "non-funky" 1960's jazz LP's, like Komeda's "Astigmatic", Kurylewicz's "Go Right" and the Polish Jazz Quartet LP.

DOPE!

I really dont see whats so fucked up about this footage. Looks like some regular ass war type shit. Bad guys got guns, we shoot em up. The only thing fucked up is that so many American Soldiers are still caught up in that fucking mess. We need to…

I was surprised by the restraint. Instead of just blowing everything up, they needed to be reasonably certain that there were weapons involved. What else should we expect from soldiers? It's war, of course, but their level of certainty wasn't ver…

occupation? compiler of communist funk[/b] Plaese to elaborate? "Si, Para Usted: The Funky Beats of Revolutionary Cuba" should be available within a month or two... Sounds way cool, where might one find it once it's out?

occupation? compiler of communist funk[/b] Plaese to elaborate? Hi Dan!

Why is there one girl missing? I think he shot her. That's why there's a gun on his night table. She's probably stashed under the bed or something. That would be Darlene, the ex-wife.

Pete La Roca "Turkish Women At The Bath" Also early Walt Dickerson LP's (like "Lawrence Of Arabia"), Andrew Hill's "One For One" 2LP which has unreleased modal stuff by him...maybe even some of the less "out" Eric Dolphy records, like "Last Date"…

I've tried contacting timmion for wholesale but to no avail... can someone tell them to holler at a player? Roisto, Sampo, Olski... haelp JP, Light in the Attic handles all the U.S. distro. They can get you copies wholesale I assume. JP, clean u…

Has to be Blue Monday: "One of Factory's resident artists, New Order, produced the biggest-selling 12 inch record ever in England, "Blue Monday", selling over one million copies (some sources say more than three million). It was somewhat helped by …

Congrats, Nate!

The right side on the back cover has logos for Metal Face Records, Sub Verse, Fat Beats, and Fondle'Em. That's the second pressing that came at least two years after the OG.
-
semi, if you compare it to the OG, you'll spot the differences.
-
The first one is Fondle 'Em (no Subverse), the second is Subverse/Fondle 'Em with the extra track. There's now a brand new reissue which might not be legit, although it looks semi-close to the original.

doodoo w/ drums. power of zeus That whole song is dope! My all-time favorite is probably Whatnauts "Why Can't People Be Colors Too".
-
Dude, you're sad.

That cover looks like it's a lost Gary Numan LP.
