Yea, I hear you. I guess I never maintained it for long enough or frequently enough to realize the endorphic/endorphinal (??) benefits. I definitely felt amazing after the yoga/sauna/ice cold shower routine I had going a couple of years ago lol, …

Grandfather said:the gym is boring as shit but after a while it becomes the best part of your day. mmmmm, with all due respect, I don't think so. There are about 10 other things that are the best parts of my day, some of them even burn c…

Still putting my best of list together, so I'll get the worst out of the way. Only one thing comes to mind, which is that the Migos was pretty much unlistenable from beginning to end. Not terrible but disappointing was Lil Herb and Li…

No publicity is the new publicity. You can keep telling people how great you are, or you can just show them.* For the fans, a surprise album with lots of eye candy is like Christmas in early December, as opposed to a lot of tired-ass i…

kid and/or better half dinner, adults only/SStrut after dinner. I missed out on proper SSturt visits when I was in New York in the fall on account of being enveloped completely by the lives and loves and everything in-between of the people I …

does publicity still have carriage? who doesn't have publicity? seems more like low hanging fruit than any indication of meaningful success at this point.

Now that the fun is over - I find it pretty hard to believe that MO would give two damns about her husband chatting with a random blond and/or be loose and sloppy enough to show it and make a spectacle. These two are some serious shoulder-to-shoulde…

I'm an hour and a half away - give me enough notice to arrange cat care and take time off work and I'm there. I love a party!

I don't know the origin but I always took it as an extension of the idea of heaven; being able to rest at peace - RAP! - instead of a tortured after-life. Also, as an acknowledgment of a life of hard and good works...now you get to be at rest and at…

alright already, I get it. You want the calendar to be solar-system themed and not Christmas. Whatever. Get your arts&crafts; kits, pixelation tool and space rockets out.

As ugly and horror-show as meat can be - like seeing cow tongue in the middle of the table for the first time as a child, not to mention lamb's head soup - tofurky is like, "Hi, here's a dish sponge with scrambled egg throw-up surprise in the middle…

Yea, I would want to know, too. Coming at it from the other side, I can tell off flavour more than the texture. I am fine with chicken stock, but not pork and beef stocks and surprise bits of pork in anything is just so fucking disgusting. A…

lmho - So there were soy protein meatballs on the table on Saturday and it only came out later that they weren't real meat. A couple of people were real surprised...which kicked off the question of whether you should tell people they aren't eating r…

Yea, to cove's point above about protein deficiency being overblown in terms of a vegetarian/vegan diet, I think lack of B12 might be a bigger issue...with fish/seafood being some of the the best sources, along with eggs and dairy.
