As happy as I am, and as personally affected as I am, by Wednesday's decisions, the comparison can't be made. And I think this week's court decisions drive home that point.

It's really unfortunate that Wednesday's rulings are marred by those of a mere day before. Anyone thinking a McCain presidency would be anything but an utter disaster is absolutely delusional. I'd have more faith in a Romney presidency.
