I am happy he has at least upped his release rate...... will probably cop the album.

Of course Bad Brains. Fishbone were great but not at the same level as Bad Brains. Creative peak BB>Creative peak FB. But which band fell hardest? These turds are basically the same records in essence.

i buy & sell a little bit. it's good if you have stock of something, just dump it on discogs for cheap & wait for it to run out.

There is a legendary local story about a guy who did this to a local record store with your solid crust stuff (Beatles, Stones rarities etc). The buyer offered him peanuts, as he packed the records back up & said he would try elsewhere the buye…

It's my last name, but also a reference to one of my heroes when I was growing up. Christian Hosoi.

Just these 45s. Plus a few others which were upgrades of things I already had so I didn't bother including them.

Trini Lopez has a "banger" also............ "Sinner Not A Saint" big mod/northern record.

The_Non said: Jackson Browne still ridden for by the white, male 50-something crowd, pretty much sold out here a couple years back, he is a god to these people. My friend's Dad has like a shrine to him in the hallway, mindblowing.

I need a mint Four Seasons "Big Girls Don't Cry" 45 on Vee Jay if anyone is holding, must be Mint though, none of this VG+ rubbish. Anyways, I don't really ride for much Four Seasons but "Beggin" is cool, although I threw out the best part of a pre…

big week which was capped off by catching The Meters live last night :headbang:

ah, I was too lazy to get out of bed & scratch through thousands of LPs for the record & was going from memory & an amazon soundclip which definitely sounds like Lionel Hampton. I fail with the "Lee Moses on Bridge Over Troubled Water" …
-
I'm pretty sure that's Lionel Hampton singing California Dreaming. But it's Lee Moses singing on Bridge Over Troubled Water. In any case, Lee Moses is on there. Also the Lionel Hampton 45 on Gates.

some solid 45s in amongst there.

This will be so awesome.

this is a gruelling listen in one sitting but interesting in doses. I put this up on waxidermy but had to remove it because of all the white power nazi comments it was attracting!
-
For that sounding stuff, the early 70s Paula/Ronn stuff is the only ones. From memory there is one, maybe two other LPs from that era & they are all reasonably interchangable. The two strongest are the one you got & "You Can Dig It".

BEDMAS the answer is always C. seriously though, depending on your scientific/non-scientific calculator's way of dealing with it you will get either 8.6 or 2. the answer is 2.
