	No, it's not.  Polls show it turns independents off, and even sleazebags like Rove, Coulter and O'Reilly want no part of it because they know in the end a birther candidate would be a disaster.   <br />
	<br />
	It's a good way to get quick support on the GOP side because a majority of that degenerate crowd is buying the birther stuff, but that only gets them so far.
