Anyone got any experience with swagger-jackin'?

My previous thread was copied and I'm not sure how to proceed. It looks like I was swagger-jacked and it also looks like the perpetrator is on this message board. Should I alert RAJ or should I just take matters into my own hands?LOL

    you need to point out how obviously you were jacked by demonstrating the vague resemblances in a youtube clip.
