This is the rarest thing I own where I'm aware of1its rarity:b,121b,121img src=http://i194.photobucket.com/albums/z163/soul-sides-com/cavaliers.jpg1b,121(thanks D*n!)b,121b,121That said, there's some other stuff I have that I've never seen mentioned elsewhere (and ungoogle-able) and have no idea what the relative rarity of1it would be.
fusk it, 2008...b,121b,121img src="http://i38.tinypic.com/1556qep.jpg"1b,121b,121my best find in the field of the year, followed up by 2 mint freddie terrell's i found on a mission. i know i got some other stuff in the stash, but i dunno, i'm drunk. and ohhh yeah, before i went out i did that little img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bucs.gif" alt="" 21 drawing for a friend cause i was bored, so i figure i'd share. ha! needs more head tilt.
b,121I just found this one a couple weeks ago. Not my area of expertise so this could be all over Tokyo, but a cursory internet search makes me think its pretty scarce.

I really dont know what is the raerest LP I own(most of my really raers are 45s), but Im thinkin this is pretty raer...sorry for the shitty pic (I took it when I found the record 51years ago in amsterdam, hence the spliff) but I have never found any info and I think only one or two have ever been on the bay in the last 5 years...b,121img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v210/thehookup/serg.gif"1
For the last few1years and especially after the "Discovery Club" album turned up elsewhere this has been my favorite ungoogleable record:b,121b,1211b,121img src="http://img177.imageshack.us/img177/1994/idis1115306andfileisbpk0.jpg"1b,121b,121I looked it up again this morning and lo and behold there it was on two sites - a href="http://prognotfrog.blogspot.com/" target="_blank"1http://prognotfrog.blogspot.com//a1 b,121There's even MP3's of1two songs. The first song is very short so be patient as the second one is one of the better tracks on the LP.b,1211b,121Its also on Last FM - a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Alfonso+Noel+Lovo" target="_blank"1http://www.last.fm/music/Alfonso+Noel+Lovo/a1b,121b,121What both these sites leave out is that although Noel Lovo was Nicaraguan this LP was recorded at Knight Studios in New1Orleans. In parts it sounds like Night Tripper era Dr. John. There's some traditional Nicaraguan songs and some Latin funk jams.1Really really great and unique LP which I found in a former record store owner's basement in Buffalo, NY about four years ago.
img src="http://www.accesshiphop.com/images/covers/9315_b.jpg"1b,121b,121its not really RAER per say but its1the only record in the world that has my name credited on it img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" 21
img src="http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y227/soul_hawk/IMG_1541.jpg"1b,121b,121the rarest record I had a picture of1in photobucketb,121b,1211img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/snowman.gif" alt="" /1 img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/654.gif" alt="" /1
b,121The second is from Taiwan. I can't tell you much more about it.1
b,121Soul covers, each track has a drum breakdown/solo. In the vain of Jimmy Takeuchis' Drum Drum Drum series.11

font class="post"1b,121b,121b,121It's the stand out track for sure.1b,121b,121So do you know anything bout this one Sheep? Is it common that part of1Asia? Is it a Tai release of1a Japanese artist?
font class="post"1b,121b,121Wait, I thought Texas was the third coast?b,121b,121Just to keep it on topic, the rarest LP I have has a plain white sleeve so a picture would be pointless.b,12150 pressed as a college project. About ten sold at the college bookstore and the artist can't find the rest.

font class="post"1b,121b,121b,121Thanks B.b,121b,121b,121I got mine off Taiwanese Ebay, with a Taiwanese press of1the Jimmy Takeuchi drum series, (the one with soulful strut, that got a Canadian issue as Konichiwa).b,121b,121b,121I always intended on using the cover one day, but yer, Muro beat me to it.1It's hard for the music to live up to a cover like that.
font class="post"1b,121b,121yes1it is THAT bad...I guarantee any random, blind pull out of any of my 45 boxes would yield a record that is amazingly better than that record...dude1cant even sing in key for an entire song, the lyrics are sub-moronic...a terd of1the highest order...but a terd I will continue to buy out in the field for obvious reasons...

img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2299/2893844286_66b4759a31_b.jpg"1 b,121b,121Here's another rare. If you've ever copped a copy of this disk you'll know that even a mint copy has a hiss... bad press. This copy doesn't, it's mint, and the recording levels are perfect---best 30$ I've ever spent. I'd bet that the only cleaner recording of this rare groove is the master tapes. Re-ish anybody? The boot done a few years back was unlistenable.
