this thread makes me sad as it reminded me I dont have any pictures with me and my parents from the last 10 years or so...both my folks have passed away (my dad on 9-19-2002 and my Mom on 12-20-2001) but here is a pic of my mom when she was a young 'un with my grandpa and my uncle:
My dad had a band called the Tempests (note the car-a Pontiac Tempest), back in the mid-60s in Northern Wisconsin (Oconto Falls, Nena, Sheboygan, outskirts of Green Bay area). No recordings, but they used to play with my Mom's brother's band, the Wellingtons at beach parties, bars (you can't walk a block in these small Wisconsin towns without finding a bar) and stuff like that. My uncle told me they were both bar bands that played surf, r&b, and Beatles' covers mostly.
No pix of me and the folks on the work PC, but I did have this one of Pop and Miles...
I think every picture I've seen of Miles has him either smiling or laughing in it. That's a beautiful thing. I'm sure he has his share of meltdowns, but just saying.

He's 3 1/2, so he gets kind of difficult sometimes (as do ALL toddlers) , but he loves to laugh, and we try to get him to as often as possible. He's a great kid.
yo NO disrespect...but there are some fine momz in this thread. i dont have any on the computer. i'll have to make sure to take a couple pictures tomorrow. 75 year ol pops just got back from 4 months in italy

Dude, I had not idea your dad was John Mcenroe.
That's odd... I just don't see the resemblance.
