it just sucks when people use dozens of the same gremlin to make a point that always slows up the whole page loading thing i fucking hate when dudes do that shit
It pains me that there are members of our community so dense that I am forced to commit this to print, but this graemlin is never, ever, ever to be used with respect to one's own posts.
It is to be used to acknowledge a definitive sonning delivered by another poster.
It is not to be used in an effort to convince others that one's own posts constitute definitive sonnings; if that is not self-evident from the posts, then schitt is most definitely not game over, and you're just embarassing yourself.

It will be for the rest of the community to determine whether the vacuous nonsense that just dribbled off your keyboard is, in fact, knowledge worthy of acknowledgment.
WOW.
Ok first of all, I consider myself fairly conservative on the graemlin usage in general...So Hogg, 1,000 posts seems a little hasty as I feel I have never been one to abuse the system,
or maybe I have because I didnt know that...

I have only been -MessageBoarding- for a little over a year and I am not knowing of all the know hows. I thought it was a way to add flare or untamed emotion.
Can't believe that there are no nominations for in the overused[/b] category, because it is! And by overused I mean too much for the out-of-date pop-culture reference it is.

this one has always bothered me, b/c white dude has a record collection that would son many on this board, was a serious dj in the 60s, and one of john lennon's best friends.
ie., he's probably more connected than 99% of the people who use his graemlin.
seriously- the nytimes isn't taking pictures of most of us for the front page of their style section posing in front of our shelves. They are doing that for him.

This is getting pretty tired as well:
And the term "asshurt" should have been retired in 2005. Although now I like to pronounce it in my head as "a-shirt", which almost makes it funny.

Im questioning/wondering the use of John Lennon as a modern day barometer.
Moderators, this should be added immediately. Don't make me get Lily Allen on you.
