No, sorry but that's not a great point. There's obviously a stage which comes pretty quickly where buying rocks gets to be a physical necessity not a lifestyle choice. Once someone is in the grip of an addiction do you just cut them loose because it's their own fault that they started smoking crack? Life is a little more complicated than that.
