The The ??? This is the Day
"...kinda forgot about it until I heard it on a detergent commercial."
the deadpan delivery of this tragic moment in advertisement was perfect. i've been rocking the the lately, wondering why songs that this aren't around -- and if the johnny marr style of playing harmonica and mandolin on songs work today?
i have never heard of the wipers, what's their story?
and stereolab into m??torhead is so how i'm living.
thank you ms damn.
dope mix ms. damn.
anyway, haha at the the the johnny marr harmonica comment. so true. i kinda get goosebumps when i hear that song kinda in the same way as The Church's Under the Milkyway. i didn't think that getting chills from a song adorned with casiotones was possible but here we are. i love dude's voice and soul mining is a good ass album.
thanks for listening, y'all.
i like your voice and i like your mix a lot - thanks for putting it up.
Great show!
Its funny to count how many times you say "Ummm" in a minute.
I punctuate my sentences with lots of "yeah"s & "errr"s. I'm also a big "yadda, yadda, yadda," man.
Peace

You can hear that self-consciousness and it's kinda endearing... but for robo-effects just get one of those korg thingies with the built-in vocoder... rock out Frampton Italo style next time.
