There's no denying the quality of the early 12"s (Venom, The Session, Blaze), especially if you were into the mid-90's indie scene at the time. However, where this LP falls down is with the inclusion of all these tunes and I recall being disappointed that there wasn't too much fresh material 2 or 3 years later. It holds up as a comp of the group's early output, but didn't really feel like a proper album to me when it was released. Probably a common trait of a lot of hip-hop LPs and the record labels pushing them.....
