Philly Heads... (Soul Strut Related)

why is there a small (but big enough to be very visable from moving cars) sign that just says "soul strut" on one of the pillars holding up an on ramp off 95? it's just north of the broad street exit outside the stadiums, on the northbound side of the highway. does anybody know what i'm talking about? next time i go by i'm bringing a digital camera.Raj looks you're getting up with the advertising.
