We had a local co-op that went under as soon as Wellspring (now Whole Foods) moved in like 17 years ago... nothing else has been able to encroach on that entire market since.b, 21b, 21Its pretty much the same as any highly organized/profitable corporate megastore moving in... they're just as greedy as the next, the difference being they make people feel good about spending their loot there.
