Anyone Here Ever Find This LP ???

Picked this up at the local swap yesterday(Thanks W*ll)and can find absolutely nothing about it. I know the label but not this LP which I would guess is from '74-'75. Mostly covers ranging from Cream to Stevie Wonder to The Who. Maybe some South Texas heads have seen this?? Anyone??
