My man DJ Houseshoes has some unreleased Dilla stuff on his MySpace music player like the original version of Slum Village's "Forth and Back," which is actually better than the version that made it to the Fantastic albums. IMO, that is. Also there's a cut with both of Detroit's recent fallen heroes - Proof and Dilla.
