help: songs with food suggestions

i work with youth, around nutrition issues. last year we used Dead Prez' "be healthy" for a discussion and journal prompt. we have also used bdp "beef" before to stir some debate.can the soulstrut massive plaese to recommend other food focused songs? if content concerns healthy food/healthy living thats a big plus. genre doesnt matter, but strong head nod factor is a definite plus, too.thanks in advance!t from philly

but i think that list skipped hiphop entirely. and i need food content, preferably trying to make some kind of statement that my youth workers could debate the merits of. weird al "eat it" wouldnt be too enriching subject matter

k, ital vital sounds like it might be right, but ive never heard it. with the dead prez song, we focused on the "ital stew" reference and cooked a curry chicken dish and went up to the jamaican neighborhood doing ital "what does it all mean" research. this dread broke down what it was and added "ital makes the man POWERFUL!" scandalous. but it fit in real well with the stuff my teens were teaching people to cook...avoiding processed foods and such.
so im looking for another song for discussion, debate, and possible lesson tie in.
