GEMM as price guide

How often do you run into dealers using GEMM as their price guide? There's one dealer that I deal with in town that does it and it's somewhat annoying. On the one hand I'm scooping $100+ LPs for $30-50 off him that aren't listed on GEMM, but on the other hand he wants $40-75 for $20-30 LPs I would also like. I guess it's better to keep my mouth shut in this situation and search for the $20-30 LPs else where.
