    You know...I heard this the other day and really didn't think it was funny. It just sounded lame, even considering fact that her reason for calling was slightly questionable?

    No problem. It's just that the combination of the operator's out of left field remark and the fact the mother is a moron makes the situation comical.

    Still, come on. Professionalism. If you worked at dunkin donuts you'd get fired if you told a customer s/he was too fat. Or answered the fire department's phone "HOT ENOUGH FOR YA??"
