TIM DOG ALTERNATIVE INTRO WITHOUT THE NWA SAMPLE

HI, I found this on youtube and asked myself if any of you got some infos on it ? I never knew there was a alternativ intro version. Was this version on later issues of that Album ? Was he threatened by NWA to take the sample off ?

"There are two versions of this CD, there is no physical way to know which version of the CD you have. The first version is more rare. After the CD came out, N.W.A. sued Tim Dog because he Jacked their song for his "Intro". Ruffhouse pulled all the first pressings back and re-released this (Version 2). 2 songs are different on version 2. They are: "Intro" and "I'll Wax Anybody". like I said you cannot tell the difference without listening, but not many of version 1 are around"
