I have been on a Maze kick for a minute now. Butters for the 2011 Summer season at least uptown where I stay. Show me some shit I don't know.







I am looking at Batmon, Chan, Cosmo, GeneP....

    man, New Orleans LOOOOOVES Maze... i'm lucky--i get to see them every year closing Jazz Fest, and used to get to see them close Essence Fest every summer also. when they play "Before I Let Go" it's one of the few times you can see thousands of people dancing together *in unison*... at risk of pulling one of those "you had to be there"s: singing Joy & Pain or Happy Feelins with everyone while the sun sets at Jazz Fest, or belting it acapella with a full-to-the-gills Superdome always gives me the shivers.



    this is the first Maze song i ever heard, and i'll always have a sweet spot for it:

    They're coming to Detroit sometime in July. Cheapest tickets are $70+. Worth it? The Whispers have a similar concert ticket price range going on.
