    Both video & song is ehhh IMO. I'm pretty sure the strut won't feel this song, but as far as 8-bit video game-inspired videos go, it slays the Ronson one:

    honestly the entire "let's make this out of pixel art like an old videogame" concept is so played but yeah its much better than the Mark Ronson one

    Yeah, the director is seventeen though. It's interesting how NES games continue to be influential graphics/musicwise, even to kids more than ten years younger than me. I often think it's more connected to my "generation" than it probably is - guess it's more than nostalgia that keeps the love for these games alive. In the future our generation will look like the '68 generation of videogaming to kids, probably. I WAS THERE.

    I mean I actually do like that aesthetic but just saying it's not the most original. When done really well or on the actual old hardware, it can be cool
