I am sure everyone knows about http://mywebpages.comcast.net/mizner1/0426.htm, which is cool for new hip hop shit(some of the bitrates are a tad low I think)...but is there any decent source for other shit like funk,disco,electro,blends,etc?

    For funk/soul/disco, etc, try some of the blogs. Soul-sides is always a winner, #1 Song in Heaven always has that soul gold, and earfuzz (plug plug) comes up with some shit too.

    not all the time though,right? if I remember correctly, I have DLed plenty of tracks that didnt appear to come off of mixtapes(no dj name drops,decent quality,etc).


    id love to find some more sources though..shit..I would even pay people to record certain tracks off of vinyl to mp3 for me. (any takers!?!)

    yo, I know this old, but I just noticed this thread.... For the record, I'm not affilated with that site what-so-ever. And if I ever own a MP3 from that dudes site (ie 311), you guys have my blessing to shoot me in the skull cavity.
