EMERGENCY PRO TOOLS HELP FOR MACBOOK INTEL

DUDES! I need to record something ASAP onto Protools on my laptop, but for some reason Pro Tools won't open at all! Tech Support is closed right now and the help on the digi design isn't working.AAAAKKKK!

    if you can live with it, ditch the protools preferences. has an extension of .plist
    that may work. preferences sometimes get corrupted and will prevent programs from opening.

    Troubleshooting tips

    Delete Pro Tools preferences.
    -Go to MacHD> Users > ???your user name??? > Library > Preferences
    -Delete 'com.digidesign.protoolsTDM.plist', 'DAE Prefs' (folder), 'DigiSetup.OSX' and 'Pro Tools preferences'.
    -Empty trash, then restart the computer.
