Earlier today it was Thin Lizzy "Things Ain't Working Out Down On The Farm" and now it's Stevie Wonder "We Can Work It Out."

I just listened to Soul Of The Disco from the J.B.'s International Jam II Disco Fever about five times because it's about the only tune I can really stand on this very mediocre release, while I'm writing a review of it.

    Hey,

"Love"-J Dilla featuring Pharoah Monche. I love that beat, but it makes me sad to realize we'll never know how far Dilla would have evolved his new sound.

    Peace,

  • Just now:

"The Deacon's Walk" by Billy Hope & the Badmen on Savoy (single). Midtempo barwalkin' sax-led R&B instrumental that I can't get enough of.

All week long on the iTunes:

    "Mohair Sam" by Charlie Rich.
