best speakers for macbook for music (hip hop/rock)

i am looking for a 2.1 system for my macbook.any ideas people? i was thinking of the altec lansing FX6021 system:http://www.alteclansing.com/product_deta...country_code=audo i have a sound card that will get the most of them or should i stick to my airtunes setup?

I hooked up my MacBook to my stereo by using an iMic.
Works fine for me.

I'm using the Alten Lansing VS4221's and the booty is well apple bottomed even at low volumes.
